Chekeela Diane Johnson “Dee”, 55, of Champlain, departed this life on September 1, 2023 in a local hospital.

She is survived by her husband, Jeffrey Johnson, a son, Darnell Johnson and a sister, Vaulrie Green all of Champlain; two brothers: Clyde Lindsey of Glen Allen and Alvin Lindsey of Center Cross.

The viewing will be held on Friday, September 15, from 3-6 p.m. at Washington Funeral Home, 1404 Tappahannock Blvd., Tappahannock. The funeral service will be on Saturday, September 16, at 11 a.m. at Ebenezer Baptist Church, 3207 Quarter Hill Rd., Supply. Rev. Irving Woolfolk, Jr., pastor.

The interment will be in the church cemetery.
