Tappahannock Memorial United Methodist Church, 345 Earl Street, is now offering free community dinners the fourth Monday of every month from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The effort officially began last month. “This month and in December the meals will reflect the holidays,” TMUMC Pastor Rebecca Minor told the Rappahannock Times. “As we move forward we will provide seasonally appropriate meals. People can stay and eat-in and enjoy fellowship with conversation, or people can take their food to-go. We desire to offer these free meals as a sign of love and connection with the community of which the church is a part.”
