Tam Norman of Aylett was among 34 artists who visited Tappahannock and Essex County last weekend to participate in the Tappahannock Art Gallery’s sixth annual Tidelands Plein Air Festival & Art On The Wall. Plein Air painting means painting from life outdoors. The multi-day event concluded on October 25 with the Art On The Wall event featuring the presentation and sale of the artists’ work.
