The Grinch (James Barrack) and Marcellus Dungee led the Christmas Caroling following the lighting of the Christmas Tree in downtown Tappahannock Saturday night. The caroling capped a day featuring the 4th Annual Winterfest and the 50th Annual Christmas Parade. The parade’s grand marshal was retired Essex Department of Parks and Recreation Director Sylvia Allen. A total of 38 units participated.
