William Roger Grant departed this life on October 30, 2025 at his Assisted Living Facility in Waldorf, Md. William was affectionately known as “Bootsie” by those that was close to him, He was born on Sept. 15, 1927, he had just celebrated his 98th Birthday. He was born in Hustle, Virginia to the parents of the late Joseph M Grant and Julia Young Grant. His Celebration of Life Services was held on Sunday November 9, 2025 at 10 a.m at Ft. Lincoln Cemetery followed by interment. He is survived by a host of family and friends.
